Coating Waterproofing
Liquid-applied waterproofing for walls, decks, gutters and complex shapes that sheet membranes cannot reach — seamless, flexible and fully bonded.

A seamless liquid membrane that fits any shape
Coating waterproofing is applied as a liquid that cures into a continuous, flexible film with no joints or overlaps. That makes it ideal for detailed areas — parapets, gutters, upstands, planter boxes and irregular surfaces — where sheet membranes can’t sit flat.
We select the right chemistry (polyurethane, acrylic or cementitious-hybrid) for each surface and exposure, then apply in multiple coats for a reliable, monitored film thickness.
When a coating system is the right choice
- Complex or detailed areasGutters, parapets, upstands and planter boxes
- Walls showing damp or peeling paintWater tracking through the wall surface
- Balconies & car-porch decksExposed surfaces that also take foot traffic
- Hairline cracks reopeningA flexible film that bridges movement
Four stages, done right
Surface Preparation
Clean, repair and prime so the coating bonds properly.
Crack Treatment
Seal cracks and reinforce corners and joints with mesh.
Multi-Coat Application
Apply the coating in controlled layers to the specified thickness.
Cure & Handover
Cure, water-test and issue the written warranty.

Coating Waterproofing FAQ
How is coating different from torch-on membrane?
Torch-on is a heat-bonded sheet best for large flat roofs. Coating is a liquid film that is better for walls, detailed areas and complex shapes. We recommend the right one after inspecting your building.
Can I walk on a coated surface?
Yes, with the right system. We specify a foot-traffic-grade coating with a protective top layer where the area will be used.
Does coating handle cracks?
Flexible coatings bridge minor cracks and movement. Larger structural cracks are repaired first, then coated over.
How many coats do you apply?
Typically two to three coats to reach the specified film thickness — thickness is what makes a coating reliable, not just colour coverage.
Is the inspection free?
Yes — a free site inspection with a full photo report, no obligation.
