Torch-on membrane is a bitumen sheet melted directly onto the prepared surface with a controlled flame, forming a single continuous waterproof layer with no weak seams. It is the workhorse system for Malaysian flat roofs because it stands up to intense UV, ponding water and thermal movement year after year.

How long does a torch-on roof last?
With correct surface preparation and quality membrane, it is a long-life system that comfortably outlasts cheap coatings. We back the workmanship with a written warranty of up to 10 years depending on scope.
Will the work disrupt my building?
We plan the works to keep disruption to a minimum and give advance notice. Most single areas complete within 1–5 working days.
Is the site inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect, diagnose the root cause and hand you a full photo report at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
What if it leaks again after you finish?
It is covered by the written warranty. If a covered leak appears within the warranty period, our team returns to repair it at no extra charge.
Can you install over my existing waterproofing?
Only after inspection. Failed or loose layers must be removed first — installing over a bad base is exactly why repeat leaks happen.
